On Easter Sunday – 2019, I landed in the hospital for two weeks with a serious infection because I wasn’t taking care of myself. I was back in the hospital at the end of July for a couple of days. In August I made the decision to get into the #OrnishLifeStyle so I can end this tough year with a bang! Eating Right, Exercise, and Stress Management, has helped me to heal my body and has done wonders for my personal life. It is a challenge but it is well worth the results of being happy & healthy.⁣ ⁣ I’m #grateful to my family, my employer, my doctors, the staff at #HuiponoHMC and #TeamHooponopono #Hui25 for all the support.⁣ ⁣ #LiveLifeToTheFullest #Aloha #PositiveEnergy #Auwryte #WoopWoop #HiloMedicalCenter #Hilo #BigIsland #Hawaii

#HuiPono #HuiPono25 #Ornish⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Follow my journey of transformation – This is week 3 of the #Ornish 9 week program.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Journal Entry: ⁣ 10/21/19 – 335 lbs.⁣ 10/28/19 – 323 lbs. ⁣ 11/04/19 – 320 lbs.⁣ Total Weight Loss = 15lbs.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I feel excited! Accomplishments this week: I was able to get off my blood pressure medicine and I continue to lose weight. Also, getting acclimated to the nutrition & stress management pieces of the Ornish program. As I exercise and eat right my blood pressure & blood sugars are awesome!
